Work safely in a production facility

Execute packaging operations according to our standard operating procedures.

Work on the canning line with increasing levels of skill and responsibilities. This will include catching cans, creating cases, applying four-pack holders, etc.

Clean kegs

Troubleshoot and identify mechanical issues with the packaging equipment

Continually lift, drag, and manipulate hoses, parts, pumps, and buckets

Operate various mechanical devices, including pallet jacks, forklifts and walk behind stackers

Assemble orders for distribution

Track and transfer inventory between both Smartmouth locations

Maintain accurate and legible records

Perform CIP procedures on the canning line and other equipment.

With the whole team, maintain a clean brewery and professional space

Perform other related duties as assigned

Hard-working, positive team player with strong interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and manage time while being detail-oriented

A mechanical aptitude is highly desired

Basic computer skills a plus ( inventory data entry, spreadsheets, documents, email)

Flexible schedule

The applicant must be able to bend over, twist, kneel, stand for the duration of a shift, lift 55 pounds, and maneuver 160 pounds repeatedly. Work in a wet environment with exposure to heat and cold. Requires proper handling of hazardous materials and operation of complex machinery. This is an immediate opening with a start date to be negotiated based on availability with a competitive pay scale based on experience.
